Q:Can I play the DVDs in Region 1 or Region 2 player?
A: All DVDs offered here are region-free/multi-region, they will play on any player in any country, Playstation 2, Xbox and Computer DVD-Rom.
However, the DVDs can be either NTSC or PAL format depending on the titles. Most players should be able to take both formats nowadays.

We will only replace the faulty DVD if there is a physical defect.

Q: What are the payment methods?
A: You can pay using your credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Debit Card) via Moneybookers.com or PayPal. Buyers in the United Kingdom can also make the payment by direct deposit/bank transfer to our Barclays Bank account and Commonwealth Bank/ ANZ Bank for Australian. Please contact us for other payment options eg; Western Union, E-Cheque, StormPay, etc.

Q: How long does it takes to receive my order?
A: We only ship by FedEx, TNT or DHL and delivery usually takes 3 working days.

Q: Do all your DVDs Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS audio track and Extra Features?
A: Yes, all our 5* or ($9.90) DVDs are originals come with extra/ special features eg; documentary, filmography, etc.

Q: What kind of quality would you describe for 3*, 4*, and 5* copies?
A: Due to the very early release of the movies, they are expected to be varying in quality. Very much understandably that the newly release title will be on;
3* rating ($7.90 VCD Quality/bootleg)
4*rating ($8.90 Screener Quality).
5* rating ($9.90 Original DVD)


We have an auto-replacement programme for all the 3* and 4* titles purchased, means that we will send the updates on original 5* copy when available with your next order (no extra cost). Please email us for the details of this replacement programme.

Q: Are all the subtitles, removable?
A: Yes, all subtitles are removable.

Q: What should I do if I still have not receive my order?
A: Please email our customer-service personnel at dvd9mart@googlemail.com, and your case will be attended immediately. Usually some delays might occur due to flight delays or cancellations. The reason for the delays will be shown upon the tracking reports.

Q: What if the shipment is lost?
A: DVD9mart.com will try to recover the lost shipment and/or offer
replacement items. It is unlikely to happen because each shipment will have a unique tracking number. Therefore, you can keep track on the delivery progress at anytime.

Q: What if i receive a faulty DVD copy?
A: Please refer to question 1. Please allow 14 working days at most for us to process and get our system updated with the adjustment on stock, etc. We usually send the replacement out together on your next order. This will not only save some processing time but will also reduce the risk of your order being held by customs due to multiple shipments.

Q: Does your company offer any wholesales pricings?
A: Yes, we do have wholesale offer, but only to a limited number of countries and some conditions applied. Please feel free to email us for further clarification at dvd9mart@googlemail.com.

Q: Can you ship to an address other than the credit card billing
address?
A: Yes, please type the correct billing address and shipping address in the according box provided. Nevertheless, we do not particularly like it because all fraud case will surely have the same situation. We will put extra caution and will do a rigorous checking on this kind of transaction.

Q: Why is it that, there isn't any standard DVD casing for the copies?
A: It is bulky and costly for shipping. Unless you are willing to pay the sky high shipping cost by the courier, we are happy to supply.

Q: What about customs? ie; tax or duty?
A: VAT/Tax/Duty may be imposed by Customs for any merchandise being imported from a foreign country. But almost all the packages we have sent out so far has never had any problem at Customs. We normally declare it as sample or Non Commercial Goods

Q: You don't have the title I'm looking for?
A: Email us the titles at dvd9mart@googlemail.com and we will try to look it up for you.

Q: I've read everything in your FAQ, and still can't find an answer to
my question.
A: It's pretty simple, just write to dvd9mart@googlemail.com and we will
provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
